My career didn't begin boardrooms. It began by learning the mechanics of marketing from the ground up—writing copy, building emails, analyzing results, and understanding how every customer interaction shapes business outcomes.

Those early experiences taught me that great marketing isn't about channels, it's about people. It's about solving real problems. and it's about creating connected experiences that earn trust and drive growth.

Throughout my journey at Verizon, Amazon Web Services, and Aflac, I've had the privilege of leading teams, modernizing customer experiences, and delivering impact at scale. But the work I'm most proud of is watching my teams grow, leaders emerge, and organizations become stronger long after I've moved on.
